How Hanseport works

Who you buy from

When you order on this site you buy from Hanseport. We set the price, take the payment and issue your invoice, and we are responsible for your order from checkout to delivery. Suppliers never charge you and never contact you for payment.

Where the goods come from

The catalogue comes from manufacturers and wholesale sellers on major international supplier platforms, most of them in Asia. We do not run our own warehouse: holding no stock is what lets us offer a very wide range at trade prices.

Every listing passes our catalogue policy before it is shown: everyday consumer goods only, no restricted products and no replicas. See what we sell.

From order to door

1. 01 You order and pay Hanseport. Online checkout opens soon; the full catalogue can already be browsed.
2. 02 We buy your goods from the supplier. Within 2 business days we place the order with the manufacturer or wholesaler and pay for it.
3. 03 The supplier ships directly to you. The goods are packed at the supplier's warehouse and sent straight to your address. We email you the tracking number.
4. 04 You receive the parcel. Delivery options, costs and times for Germany are quoted on every product page before you buy.

Buying for your own customers

Retailers and resellers can enter their customer's delivery address at checkout. The parcel goes straight to your customer, and our invoice comes to you.

Prices

Prices are shown in EUR and cover the goods. Delivery is quoted separately on each product page. Our prices follow our suppliers' prices and can change during the day; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
