When you browse

Our servers record technical information such as your IP address, the pages you request and the time, to keep the site secure and working. The site sets only the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie and a security token that protects forms. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

When you order

We collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the details of your order, to fulfil and support it. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.

Who receives your data

• The supplier and carrier that fulfil your order receive your name, delivery address and phone number. They may be located outside your country, including in China.
• Our payment provider processes your payment.
• Our hosting and network providers store and deliver the site on our behalf.

We never sell or rent personal data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Technical logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
