What we sell

Everyday consumer goods for the home, for work and for getting around: the kind of products ordinary shops stock. Every item is bought by Hanseport from its supplier and resold by us.

Departments we carry

The catalogue is limited to these 26 departments. Nothing outside them is shown on the site.

What we never sell

The following are never part of the catalogue, whatever the department:

  • Tobacco, vapes and smoking accessories
  • Cannabis and drugs
  • Alcohol
  • Medicines, supplements and nutraceuticals
  • Weapons and self-defence items
  • Fireworks and explosives
  • Adult products
  • Surveillance and lock-picking tools
  • Replicas and unauthorised branded goods
  • Pirated games, media and software
  • Gambling

Whole departments outside the list above are also excluded, including food and drink, health and beauty products, mobile phones, security equipment, digital goods and gift cards, second-hand goods, and books and media.

Inside the departments we carry we also leave out vehicles, boats and aircraft, services of any kind, used and refurbished items, software, SIM cards, books and magazines, anime merchandise, real fur, and food.

Authentic goods only

We list unbranded goods, goods sold under the manufacturer's own brand, and accessories made to fit other companies' devices, tools or vehicles, such as a case for a particular phone. We do not sell replicas or look-alikes, and we do not sell goods that carry another company's brand without authorisation. Fashion, luxury, watch, toy and character brands (such as Nike, Rolex, LEGO, Disney or Pokémon) are kept out entirely, including items described as made "for" them.

How the policy is enforced

Every listing is screened automatically before it appears: by its department and sub-category, and by the words in its title, specifications and options. An item we cannot place in a department we carry is not shown. A search for excluded goods is not run, and every search result is screened the same way. Automatic screening can miss things, so anything reported to us is reviewed and removed if it breaks the policy.
